    Bexley Lorraine Jeppesen, Hulett, Wyoming, born May 31, 2022, passed away June 29, 2024. Bexley was such a spitfire little girl, born to Athena Peterson and Hayden Jeppesen. Her attitude would put a smile on even the grumpiest faces. She was as wild as they come, loving everything to do with animals, dancing, swimming and keeping up with her big brother and sisters. She was born at home in a one-bedroom cabin, weighing less than three pounds. Her father wrapped her up and put her in the oven of a wood burning cook stove to keep her warm. Wayne Stephen Conklin was born May 13, 1944 in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, to Oscar Conklin and Margaret Mahoney Conklin. After graduating from Arkansas State Teachers College, she moved to Hulett, Wyoming where she married the love of her life, LeRoy Bush.
