9:00 o’clock a.m. Present for the special meeting for a budget work session for the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget were Chairman Fred M. Devish, Vice-Chairman Kelly B. Dennis, Member Bob Latham and County Clerk Melissa Jones.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited to the Flag.
The Board reviewed 2024-2025 Fiscal Year budget requests with Mike Frolander, County Coroner, Tim Lyons, Director, County Planning, Melissa Jones, County Clerk, Tammy Jundt, County Treasurer, Jeff Hodge, County Sheriff and Julie Crawford, Clerk of District Court.
Adjourned for lunch at 12:01 o’clock p.m.
1:00 o’clock p.m. Present were Chairman Fred M. Devish, Vice-Chairman Kelly B. Dennis, Member Bob Latham and County Clerk Melissa Jones.
The Board reviewed 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget requests with Julie Crawford, Clerk of District Court & Joe Baron, County & Prosecuting Attorney.
Dan Thomas, County Assessor, discussed the 2024 Assessed Valuations and Tammy Jundt, County Treasurer, discussed projected revenues.
The meeting adjourned at 2:21 o’clock p.m. to meet in budget work session on May 21, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the Commissioner Room at the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.

The Board reviewed 2024-2025 Fiscal Year budget requests with Bonnie Stahla, Director, Crook County Library, Sara Fleenor, Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Agent, Extension Office, Charlie Harrison, Fire Warden, Jasmyne Bryant, Events Coordinator, Fair/Facilities and Nate Schommer, Member, Crook County Fair Board.
Larry Schommer was present to discuss maintenance on the Aladdin Community Hall, Aladdin Park and Aladdin Tipple.
The Board reviewed 2024-2025 Fiscal Year budget requests with Dan Thomas, County Assessor, and Carol Stutzman, Nurse Manager, Public Health.
