NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE BEULAH IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICT BEFORE THE BOARD OF CROOK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with W.S. §22-29-109 that a hearing is to be held on behalf of those petitioning for a service and improvement district before the County Commissioners as follows:

1. The name of the proposed district shall be the “Beulah Improvement and Service District.”

3. The proposed district is located within Crook County, Wyoming, and the boundaries of the district and the land situated therein are described with particularity as follows:

Lots 1-32 Beulah Land Estates Subdivision, 6th P.M., Crook County, WY

Lots 1 & 3-5 Redwater Estates Subdivision, 6th P.M., Crook County, WY

Township 53 North, Range 60 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, WY

Sec 30 – a tract located in the SW1/4SW1/4 containing 5.72 acres

Sec 30 – a tract located in the SW1/4 containing 11.20 acres

3. The general purpose of the proposed district is for those purposes set forth in W.S. 18-21-101 et seq. The initial services to be provided by the district are acquisition of and operation and maintenance of a water system. The water system will be acquired from the Beulah Land Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. and the system will be operated by a contractor employed by the District.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the time and place of the hearing shall be: Wednesday the 7th day of February 2024, at 2:00 P.M., in the Crook County Commissioner’s Room in the Courthouse, in Sundance, Wyoming.

All written requests for exclusion from the proposed district or inclusion of land into the proposed district shall be heard and considered. All interested persons shall be heard concerning any and all matters affecting the creation of the district.

The filed petition, Department of Revenue verification letter, Crook County Assessor verification letter as well as the Certificate of Petition from the Crook County Clerk are available at https://www.crookcounty.wy.gov/public_notice/index.php and shall be provided to any person who requests a copy by calling Crook County Clerk at 307-283-1323, or by writing to Crook County Clerk, P.O.
