NOTICE OF HEARING SCHEDULING CONFERENCE

Relating to Water Rights

IN THE MATTER OF Wyoming State Board of Control Docket No. II-2017-1-1, the third amended petition of C&N Livestock, LLC, before the Wyoming State Board of Control for:

An amended land description, issuance of a certificate of appropriation, change of point of diversion and means of conveyance of the W.S. Driskill Territorial Appropriation, Proof No. 1523, diverting from Beaver Creek, tributary Belle Fourche River, through the Driskill Ditch, with priority of August 13, 1889, to be changed to two separate pump sites.

SAID PETITION having been assigned to the undersigned by the State Board of Control for public hearing to satisfy consent as provided for by law under Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 41-3-114 and 41-4-514.

NOW THEREFORE, Superintendent Schroeder will conduct a hearing scheduling conference under Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 41-3-114 and 41-4-514 and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 on October 9, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Greater Hulett Community Center, 401 Sager Avenue, Hulett, WY 82720. Any person desiring to appear at the hearing scheduling conference may do so in person or by dialing 1-220-201-0743 at the scheduled time and entering 487 896 413# for the PIN. Any party owning an appropriation of water which may be affected by the granting of said petition or any other interested person or entity who wishes to object or otherwise enter an appearance in this matter must appear/call/video in to the hearing scheduling conference and make his or her objection or interest in this matter known. Failure of any interested person or entity to appear will foreclose any future opportunity to object or appear in this matter.
