We will be having a Garden & Flower Contest. Your framed photos must be in the library by Aug. 25. Public judging will be the following week with the winner announced on Sept. 1. Flags on the Bayou by James Lee Burke – In the fall of 1863, the Union army is in control of the Mississippi river.
