June 29th Special Board Meeting Minutes
CALL MEETING TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 9:14 am by Chairman Wayne Garman at the Sundance USDA Service Center.
ATTENDANCE
Board: Wayne Garman, Lily Altaffer, Kim Fundaun
Employees: Sarah Anderson, Bridget Helms, Jessica Halverson, Carmen Horne-McIntyre
Financials June bills were reviewed. A motion to pay the bills was made by Lily and seconded by Kim. Discussion. Motion carried. All checks were signed.
Motion to adjourn was made by Kim at 9:52 am.
