The Hulett Volunteer Fire Department held their annual barbecue and fundraiser last Saturday at the fire hall. Despite a busy day due to homecoming, there was a great turnout for the firemen. Residents gathered to enjoy the barbecue and auction while visiting after a busy summer. Terry Goodvin was the auctioneer and auctioned off a variety of donated items. At the end of the evening names were drawn for the raffle prizes. Chris Penning won the fire pit, Laurie Tucker the chainsaw and Patty Essert won the Cabela's gift card.
