Campaign Signs on Public Property

Citizens and candidates are reminded that written campaign advertising shall not be placed on or attached to any real or personal property of the state or its political subdivisions including the county. This means that campaign signs shall not be placed within a county road right of way or on county property according to W. S. 22-25-115.

Complaints shall be made to the County Clerk who will cause the signs to be removed by the County Road and Bridge Superintendent according to the County Commissioners policy on placing signs on county road...
