Hulett students win ribbons at State Art Symposium

State Art Symposium was held in Casper at the Event center on April 20-22. The event center was filled with art from Wyoming high school students.

"This is the best show ever and it shows the creativity found in the state of Wyoming," responded Carla Snook.

Students that attended state art were Cael Sanders, Kaden Elvidge, TyReece Roberts, Abby Nelson, Cassie Vitto, Kaydence Karlson, Sage Somervold, Adrianna Hostler, Delainie Munch and Rachel Merwin.

Students that received a ribbon, which is a high honor because of all the competitive art work, were: Cael Sander with his wire sculpture, Cassie Vitto with her resin poured angel, Cassie Vitto with her pencil drawn riders, Delainie Munch with her wood burned conk and Cassie Vitto with her pencil drawn cowboy and dog.

Munch was also honored by having the First Lady of Wyoming (Jennie Gordan) choose her wood burned conk to be displayed in the governor's mansion in Cheyenne until next year's symposium.

Thank you every one for supporting the arts and making this trip happen for these students.
