    The annual Crook County Fair kicks off this weekend to the theme of “Wrangle Up the Fun at the Fair” and is set to include all the traditional animal shows and plenty to see and do.     Neiman Enterprises announced last week that it will be reducing hours for employees at both of its sawmills in the Black Hills. The reduction will see a shift removed at the Hulett sawmill and reduced hours in Spearfish, SD.     JACKSON — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department, acting with authorization from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, has killed one of Grizzly 399’s offspring that was frequenting human-occupied areas in Sublette County.     RAWLINS — More than 30 workers at the local HF Sinclair oil refinery are out of work and 55 more have been put on notice in what the company calls a realignment “to reflect best practices for operational excellence.” The company has confirmed that 32 employees at the refinery in Sinclair were laid off this week and 55 others given their pink slips as of September.     The Greater Hulett Community Center weight room got a facelift last week with the help of some community members. The mats needed to be replaced by sturdier ones and that took a lot of man power. All of the equipment had to be removed, plus the old mats out, clean up and new mats in. The new ones are heavier duty and thicker.     The new owners of the Hulett Hardware held their grand opening last Saturday and the Hulett Chamber of Commerce thought it would be a great time to welcome them to the business community. Jake and Kacy Barlow purchased the hardware store from Wes and Katie Moody around May. The couple and their family moved here from Utah. Jake is a plumber and his wife was a property manager in Utah.
