The Gulch was the place to be on March 19 if you wanted to work on quilts and visit with friends. A quilt class was held called Devils Tower Quickie. What started out as Powder River Energy trimming trees that were too close to power lines has turned out to be an opportunity for Hulett residents to trim trees that might not only be unsafe for the power lines but also for other reasons, such as weak limbs or rot. The Wyoming Department of Transportation and its contractor Croell, Inc. will begin construction on a ten-mile stretch of US 14 between Sundance and the Devils Tower Junction of US 24 the week of April 11.
