Museum Director

Museum Director Position The Hulett Museum and Art Gallery, a nonprofit organization, is seeking to fill the full time Museum Director position. The Director is responsible for the daily operations of this local museum to include but not limited to: collecting, interpreting, displaying and preserving artifacts related to the history of Hulett and Crook County, partnering with other cultural resources and schools, grant writing, long term planning, research, archival, inventory, event planning, fundraising, financial record keeping and advertising. Minimum requirements are High School or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, supervisory and curation experience, excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, solid knowledge of local history, computer skills to include MS Office, Google Suites, photo and video software, databases and social media platforms.
